support helped me resolve this issue and so for others with same issue edit your ip file in ubuntu usr/olspanel/mypanel/ipfile to the correct ip
just on a side note am so impressed with olspanel i bought the license and have tried cyberpanel/cpanel/aapanel/hestiacp/ispconfig and for price and features without any headaches or stupid paid addons which we all need, this one clearly wins and is a match for cpanel especially for beginners or users who just want somthing that works well not bloated with all the basics covered.
a cpanel migration app as talked about would realy help boost this panel and mabe a built in billing app for the future
