Email not working due to SSL

The email is working by using RoundCube only in the Panel. It do not work when using RainLoop, Webmail and other platforms like Thunderbird. The email is not working because the SSL in IMAP and POP can't encrypt the mail.domain.com and issuing the SSL on the root domain. Please fix this in the next update.

obaidullahrion The DNS is correct and replicated from the panel DNS. I set up many panels from all brands including CyberPanel without email issue. Like I said the email work only on RoundCube and can't work on Thunderbird and Webmail because of the SSL issue. Try connecting the email using Thunderbird and you will see that it can't issue SSL in imap and pop mail.domain.com. If it worked for you in Thunderbird then share how you do it.

Now the SSL error is in the SMTP, when the hostname are set in Contabo and OLS. When the hostname are set in Contabo, OLS and SSH, the IMAP can't install SSL in mail.domain.com and only install in the root domain. The DNS in Cloudflare is the same with the OLS DNS and only the website (https) are Orange. Like I said, I used all the panels before including CyberPanel which has before an SSL issue but only OLS have SSL issue in email that I can't fix. You have no post related to fixing the SSL in mail.domain.com in Thunderbird. Just show the steps if it really worked,

Ssl issue in olspanel

the default ssl issue script is at

/root/.acme.sh/acme.sh

if you keep default ssl provider that is zerossl then you must add an email addr like this

/root/.acme.sh/acme.sh --register-account -m [yourmail@protonmail.com](mailto:yourmail@protonmail.com)

And if you wanna change to letsencrypt as default provider (recommended )

/root/.acme.sh/acme.sh --set-default-ca --server letsencrypt

The default is Let's Encrypt and Zero SSL is paid after 9 months. Your guide has nothing to do with the issue.
