Hello, I’m having the same issue. I tried adding the subdomain www.domain.com
, but the panel returns the error: “The domain 'domain.com' already exists.”
Instead of making the installation of a certificate more complicated by requiring it for both the www domain and the main domain, it would be better to provide the option to choose whether to create the certificate for the www version and other aliases, as other hosting control panels do.
This makes the panel’s SSL certificate management practically unusable for anyone with sites already indexed with www.domain, and forces the use of Certbot or similar tools outside the panel, which then creates compatibility and management issues, since you have to manually edit the hosting configuration file via SSH instead of managing everything through the panel.
