probably hostname on your machine is not set right. You must use hostname that points to your servers IP than set it with command: hostnamectl set-hostname your.hostname.com
You can do the same thing by going into the OLSPanel admin area. Head over to the SERVER section, then click on HOSTNAME. From there, set the hostname to the one that points directly to your server's IP address. This way, your server can properly identify itself on the network using that hostname. It's a simple step but important for making sure everything works fine
