🖥️ Using OLSPanel: User & App Management Guide
With OLSPanel Community Edition, you can easily manage users and their applications in just a few clicks. Below is a quick walkthrough of the main features you’ll use most often.
👤 1. Create a User Account
- Go to the Admin Panel → User List.
- Click Create User and fill in the required details.
- Once created, the new user account will appear in your User List.
🔑 2. Login as a User (Auto Login)
- From the Admin Panel → User List, choose the user you want to access.
- Use the Auto Login option to log in directly to that user’s account without needing their password.
📦 3. Manage Apps with OLSApp
- After logging in as the user, you will see the OLSApp option.
- Here, you’ll find many popular apps such as:
- WordPress
- Joomla
- (and more supported applications)
- Select an app and install it with just a few clicks.
🚫 4. Suspend an Account
- From the Admin Panel → User List, locate the account.
- Use the Suspend option to disable the account temporarily.
- The suspended user will no longer be able to log in or manage apps.
❌ 5. Delete a User Account (After Suspension)
- First, make sure the account is suspended.
- Go back to the User List and click Manage on the account you wish to remove.
- You’ll find the Delete option.
- By confirming, the full account will be permanently deleted, including its data and installed apps.
